Evony Game vs Brucey
Ahhh just when everyone thought the drama had gone away! The case of Evony LLC vs Bruce the Blogger could be heating up again after old-man Brucey went back to his posting in the past 24 hours – with the aging Brucey going all FBI on us again and talking about links to old websites, relationship flow charts on how Evony is linked with drug smugglers in South America, how they are holding hundreds of Chinese refugees hostage and how they plan to infect millions of computers around the world to be part of their bot net.
No No. Just kidding.
But the way Brucey keeps playing this out, you would think its a murder case.
If there was any doubt, Brucey killed it off after he arranged for the YouTube video of Evony the murder suspect – a video that gave plenty of people a good laugh and left them asking, just what’s this all about? Really?
Evony is a simply online game. Got it? They don’t break, enter and steal, they don’t murder and they don’t kidnap.
We’re talking a simple defamation case here, an MMO game chasing a blogger for libel. Brucey did on several occasions hit up the forums and say bad things about evony free forever and its highly likely that Eric Lam of Wowmine fame is behind the game.
So like we’ve said in the past, we have a game with owners that have had problems in the past and an old man blogger that is craving more attention for his little blog.
They’re both winning, because they’re getting heaps of publicity.
