Email has come in from Evony Gamers, who are frustrated with an evony promotional offer relating to game coins that has left them waiting and waiting. Apparently some have had little or no feedback from the games owners as they wait patiently for their game coins to filter through.
Check out an email below from an Evony gamer who has forked out $100 for game coins but is left scratching his head while waiting for the transaction to be processed and his evony account upgraded to premium level:

I paid 100 dollars to buy coins in the evony game. It was the 15 week plan where you get 200 coins instantly and then some every week for 15 weeks. I purched it on the 4th of july and have not recieved any coins yet.I have been ignored in my ingame inquires or completely given a reply not apporiate to my problem. I know i am oneprson among millions but te delay and responce to my problem is pathetic. How can you take my money and not keep up to your written promse. I just dont understand the apathy or lack of concern or the unwillingness to comunicate what the problem is. This is on my acount on server/world 25.
