The owners of the Evony Game are continuing to be hounded by small-time blogger Bruce on Games, after the UK based elderly writer continues to publish photos and negative publicity about the hugely popular online MMORPG game with millions of users.

Evony have tried to curb the Bruce on Games blog owner (Bruce Everiss) but trying to use legal channels to stop his spamming of forums and blog comments with negative comments on the game of Evony.

While a reviews and negative comments are to be expected of games from time to time. The problem with Everiss is he continued to go after Evony for weeks on end, turning to months and now nearly 12 months down the line – he is still hell bent on burying the game that so many people like.

After his gaming reviews and spam on evony, suggesting the game had malware, Everiss turned to video editors and had special youtube clips made to try and turn his evony hating into a full scale hollywood movie.

It would be laughable, but for the fact that this guy is actually draining money from internet users – asking for donations on his website to help fight against evony!

It’s turned nasty for some of the families and workers over at Evony, with Bruce Everiss now publishing personal photos, personal details and addresses of the many young familes and workers for this online gaming company.

Many of the families working for the company along with the owners are receiving calls from unknown people at all hours of the night because Bruce on Games has published all their details.

We’ve tried to post comments on the Bruce on Games blog asking the hard questions, but the comments are edited and never published.

We send our regards to the makers of Evony and wish them all the best. Not only are they doing a great job, they’re doing it in terribly hard conditions given the personal attacks and hardships they have to deal with just by going to work each day.

Hang in there guys! We love the game, and it will take more than jealous old bloggers to stop you making quality software!

Now is a better time than ever to play the Evony game, with the promoters of Evony Free Forever the free browser game pushing hard to edge out rivals in the fierce MMO world at present.

When opened to the public in mid-2009, the evony game became a hugely popular free MMORPG game that was helped by a strong advertising campaign online. The medieval theme, pretty maidens and ancient setting had gamers lobbing up to signup for evony accounts, and the growth continued well up until December 2009.

It seems evony have realised this and begun to focus again on the original game, developing and improving elements to excite gamers.

Stay tuned for the next step, which could be a new competition which helped Evony Free Forever become the initial smash hit. The original competition was the ‘Queen of Evony’ one and had fans and gamers dressing up in their best medieval clothes (taking time out from their Evony gaming, alliance duties and in-game attacks!). It was plenty of laughs and there were some really creative photos taken by hard-core MMO fans.

Hairbrain blogger Bruce on Games has ruffled more feathers in the Evony game world, this time publishing personal data relating to the creator of evony david guo.

After initially trying to point out that Eric Lam owned Evony (the man behind wowmine), Bruce on Games now places David Guo at the helm of Evony LLC (Guo Yao Qi David) and has rudely given the boss a bad dressing down and published details such as personal photos and phone numbers of the game boss.

It might be a case of Bruce on Games still trying to live off his links to evony, as apart from his consistent negative publicity and blog posts on the game, much of his content would attract little if any readers in our opinion. With countless legal challenges over his head relating to MMO game companies, his requests for donations and on-going publicity from the Online Gaming world must be enticing for the elder statesman of blogging.

Did you know that this blogger asks his readers to ‘donate to my fighting fund’ as Evony is suing me? He hasn’t given any deadlines or dates for this to finish and has left this on his blog, not a good look really.

For Evony, this publicity is gold. In conjunction with their internet ads, online gamers keep flocking to the free browser game and their MMO account base continues to grow. As they say, any publicity is good publicity and Bruce on Games is keeping them in the picture in more ways than one.

Evony are concentrating hard on their Evony Age 2 sequel now as they look to build on their strong gaming user base of 18 million accounts.

It remains interesting how Evony will continue to increase their accounts on the original MMO game while still promoting the sequel. In the past few days a new round of Evony (original) gaming adverts went live which suggests there is still promotion around the original and highly successful MMORPG.

Overall traffic and ranking for the official Evony and Evony Age 2 site has slipped from #500 in the world to #700 in the world which would be concerning UMGE and Evony LLC as they strive to keep the popular 2009 game thriving well into 2010.

New competition has been appearing in the browser based gaming market, other MMO titles such as the Grepolis Game from Innogames, additions to Adventure Quest Worlds and Kingory all nibble away at the account base.

* Another Bruce Everiss attempt to derail evony and gain himself publicity

* Or a Genuine Complaint Against Evony

The timing of this complaint could be a blessing in disguise for Evony as they attempt to roll out and market their MMO game sequel that is ‘Evony Age 2′. The new Evony Age II is driven by a secret ‘link’ that only VIP gamers are getting access to at the moment.

While talk on game forums is rife with this new game, the publicity regarding the Evony complaint could take their Evony Age ii promotion into the mainstream as people capture news of evony in the spotlight once more.

Expect to see a powerful online ad campaign for the evony game soon, as the same adverts have been running for a while now and most expect things to change in order to promote the new sequel and keep evony on top of the MMORPG game rankings online.

Evony Age ii is the sequel by UMGE / Evony LLC with updates graphics, super smooth interface and more intricate game components that takes the free browser MMO to a whole new level.

It’s been released as a public beta as of today, but access is via a link that only a select few have been sent.

The developers and evony moderators have emailed and PM’d the evony age ii link to various insiders and have allowed them to then pass it on to family, friends and others.

However, as yet – the actual access link hasn’t been made too public.

No No. Just kidding.

But the way Brucey keeps playing this out, you would think its a murder case.

If there was any doubt, Brucey killed it off after he arranged for the YouTube video of Evony the murder suspect – a video that gave plenty of people a good laugh and left them asking, just what’s this all about? Really?

Evony is a simply online game. Got it? They don’t break, enter and steal, they don’t murder and they don’t kidnap.

We’re talking a simple defamation case here, an MMO game chasing a blogger for libel. Brucey did on several occasions hit up the forums and say bad things about evony free forever and its highly likely that Eric Lam of Wowmine fame is behind the game.

So like we’ve said in the past, we have a game with owners that have had problems in the past and an old man blogger that is craving more attention for his little blog.

They’re both winning, because they’re getting heaps of publicity.

So settle back, keep your eye on the blogs and MMO chatrooms as the evony game and brucey go toe to toe on the internet airwaves!

Take Evony Free Forever,  while most play the free evony game – why, and whats the main advantage of taking the full version or paid coin version of the game?

Well for Evony, the biggest difference is time.
